I think its Royal Mausoleum 4F from Vikaras Archer. Needs confirmation.

Vikaras archer drop Stone Bracelet, not Gem Bracelet.

I’ve checked on inven and they mentioned that Vikaras Archer drops stone bracelet and gem bracelet.
