Weird bug. I decided to buy the Founder’s Server: Exclusive Access 2
pack from steam because I’m really enjoying this game and thought why
not support the devs while getting something out of it myself. I also
have the Exclusive Access 2 pack before this. So having buying the
founders pack 2, I went to my mailbox and to my surprise, the 5 dungeon
tickets are now gone from my mailbox, in it’s place is the founders pack
2 DLC contents. I re-logged but the dungeon reset tickets aren’t in the
mailbox any more
Did I just get screwed by giving IMC money!!? Made a ticket as soon as
it happened, hopefully GM is able to figure out what happened. @Staff_Julie
Because everything else except Founder packs has an expiration date.

This. All the extra stuff we’ve been given has had a timelimit on it. So if you didn’t redeem it before the time ran out, you’re out of luck I’m afraid. ONLY the Founder Pack mails stay 4ever.
I’m aware of that. However, this glitch happened before the deadline, which is April 9?
Well, here where I live it’s almost 11pm on the 9th of April
I should have made it clear, the tickets were still in my mailbox 2 mins before I purchased the founders pack. And it was well before the deadline to claim the item tickets.
