In Gate Route bosses start the combat normally but after some time (less than a minute) they stop attacking, perhaps what triggered this bug was being forced to chase player, im not sure if this problem is related to the heavy lag in the area but at least i was able to move, use skills, damage and kill the bosses; in Tenet Chapel lag was worse and bosses still behaved normally.
Just to clarify: with lag i meant connection lag not hardware lag, my fps at the moment that problem happened was 60 with sync active.
I got that bug too. It was a boss for one of the sidequest. it was attacking normally too, then suddenly it just stopped. I assumed as well it was probably due to the lag.
Im fine with it though cause I was having a bit of difficulty with killing the boss, so during that time, i was glad he stopped attacking. XD 
I’ve seen a few people complaining about this. At least the earlier ones attack occasionally.
Summoned Poata however, the three times I fought him after all his additional mobs are dead he just ups and walks away and sits in the corner with his back to you as if his given up the fight because you killed his friends.
I can confirm that Summoned Poata Lv 58 only spawns his minions and then remains perfectly immobile, I also had problems in pushing my Fireball against him because the small uphill is bugged

yeah I completely forgot to link to a video I recorded of it too. I’ve fought the boss four times and it reliably does nothing.
