Game won't run after these windows updates

Has anyone encounter this problem ??? It was fine before the releases…

Bug Description :
After the client finish checking file, game start in white screen and then crash(?) to desktop. Have been sent a ticket about my issue before, was instructed to set compatibility to win 7 and tried run as admin, still can’t run the game.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

For further information about user.xml, my config is “Resolution mode=“1” width=“1920” height=“1080” BitPerPixel=“32” VSync=“0”/” which is native setting.
