Bug Description :

When I click the play button via Steam the game prompt comes up and I press yes. However, the game does not actually open and start up. I can click play multiple times and receive the prompt each time yes the game will never launch. Oddly enough, this only happens after the first time I log out of the game (quit the game). The first time the game will always run after the prompt. Moreover, if I restart my PC the game will run the first time again. This happens randomly, not all the time, but most of the time.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Quit Tree of Savior
- Try to play Tree of Savior via clicking on the play button on Steam
- Confirm yes when the prompt comes up to run the game
