Yeah same here. I am a returning player with three friends coming back with me and I can’t get on our old server. It’s not looking good so far and the error I get is “failed to connect to server.”
first i took out the DLC, the founder pack stuff, just uncheck the box, then i right click the game > properties > local files > verify integrity of game files > then when u open game again, on bottom left corner u will see small % going up, just wait for it to finish and game worked for me.

@GM_Francis I don’t have any DLC to my knowledge (not a founder). I did submit a ticket and that’s pending now for a few hours. I do appreciate the help and I would love to play again. Is there any way I can have my ticket be reviewed soon (it’s late here). Thank you!
@Galacius verifying the game cache applies to every account even without a DLC. So please try to verify integrity the game files to see if the issue will be resolved.
Reinstalled the game and now works fine.
