Game support ignores tickets and player proplems?

Hey all

i wanted to ask did you have the same experience like me?

When i have a huge bug which i gona report like no World boss Drop which i prove whit a screenshot the support gives answers sometimes which lets me think “Wow great they did not even read my ticket!”

Of course does that mean they refound nothing! even if you post them the logs and evrything is proven!

A special answer too is. “Please send a video from the bug” honestly how should i send a video after the bug allready happend? i mean it´s not possible to redo bugs like that easily.

Honestly i feel like the support does not take the tickets seriously and if this goes on i gona leave the game even if it is fun.

Did you have good or bad experience whit the game support?
I am interessed if it just was me which got maybee a bad supporter which just did not care or if it is evrytime.

No world boss drop are you 100% sure you or your group put out the most damage on the boss thats how the drops work

The support team has been flooded with false reports and garbage… There are only so many hours in a day.

yes evryone in my group got a drop expect me but that does not matter cause it was just an example for a bug report. And thats a known bug.

with so many bugs and game being hype so much that you wouldn’t imagine how many tickets the CS are receiving.

i think they answer 100 tickets and then 150+ new tickets come.

there are more tickets incoming than tickets getting answered even if they work really hard since this is international and a new game (first english release aside from KR)

Yes, and this game is worst that Holocaust.

  • Worst game optimized ever…
  • Worst bug fixing and balancing patches.
  • Tree of chaplains bots.

i dont care if the game is a holocaust or not. It´s provides me whit hours of fun and that is what matters. I just simply think it´s wrong how they handle tickets.

But yeah it is sad how players get restricted because of gold sellers and bots.

(like the trading system, limited trades, huge fee on market, Waiting time on market…) but yeah… what should a game do else against it?

The longest time i waited to a ticket response was for server transfer from founders server to fedimian.
All following tickets have been answered within 48hours which is pretty good for a game in this state. In some cases it seems strange to ask for a screenshot or video but this seems to just be a default message if not all fields are populated. This kind of prefiltering happens when there is an overwhelming amount of tickets and is pretty common across all supports no matter for which company of which topic at all.

yeah wish i can transfer silver from my alts to team storage since i keep on making new ones every now and then and by lv 40 or 50 i have about 120k+ silvers that want to transfer to my main so i can buy tokens if i accumulate enough silver to buy one

sadly i think you need to buy your own item from the market to transfer it

Yes.

I never got refunded for the team name change… back from the first week of founder’s access. They’re still “processing it”.
