Same here. I just logged in and tried to enter saalus mission and got stuck in the loading screen. Exactly the same time as @Nyuha
Also my IP is dynamic so I don’t think it could help, but I’ll send via PM my IP adress to you @STAFF_Yuri. I’m hoping for the problem to be solved as soon as possible!

Completing 2 days that I can’t play. Disappointed with IMC.
Same problem here, Yesterday i avoided the game completly because of that error, and in thursday i lost one Dungeon multiply and a “One Vouch Entry” because of this, is hard to belive that will be solved fast, since the problem is taking so long to be fixed, i understand that you have to test “n” things to find the right answer but what will happen to those who had lost “Dungeon Vouches”, “Dungeons Multiply”, “EXP Tomes” and others time limited itens because of this problem ?
Please, give us an light in the end of the Tunnel, the game is becoming a desert, because of the lack of info and a low quality suport.
It seems more that the company does not care about the players of iTos…
Hi @STAFF_Yuri, I have information that might help.
Sometines yesterday I could see that the game loaded behind the loading image, the music changed, I heard the sound the mouse makes when you hover over things.
A few times I, I could the game loaded around the edges of the loading image, the edge of the chat UI, the Settings, Logout and Change Character buttons.

The problem is in screen transiction itself, since the next screen get loaded and run in the background, as the name of the topic, you get Stuck in the LoadScreen, because some “unknow” error make the loadscreen got stuck in 97% and don’t change to the next screen, the real problem is in the loadscreen itself, since if you check the connection usage, all the packs have their normal exchanges, but as i said, some error makes the load screen stuck in the last part of the process and don’t go through the last process, making you unable to see the next screen ( the screen that display your character).

It appears the problem has stopped… I’ve bem playing for the past hour and not encountered it once.

It was stable between 10:00AM and 12:00PM server time.
Chat and queue were/are normal to me (20 people, not 100).
But when I was in Cherry Blossom Event Dungenon, I can’t saw my guildmates on alt+G.
Edit: still stable. I noticed that 1 channel in Klaipeda has disappeared, but it’s just a normal day.
Edit 2: my alt+G has an information delay. This the only current issue with the server (at least for me).
However, some friends can’t see their guild members list.
A friend from Northeast is having high ping, and me, from Sao Paulo/Southeast have between 30-130ms.
