game crashed when switching
maps. now when i try to get back on that character it gets stuck(check
out pic) then crashes. Also my other characters work fine
You either try to contact Nexon KR (since they are taking care of the server) or play other char, try to reinstall the game to see if its not corrupted game files, but if it is not, then that char is gone, maybe corrupted data.
One thing i can say, in here IMC wont do a thing about it since its on KR, or try to remove the translation pack and try login to see if it work, then try again or wait for an update for it.

You can try and see if the patcher check the files, but since i don’t know how it work i wouldn’t recommend. I think it’s easier to remove the translation pack. login to test and if it work move the char to other map and put the translation pack back and see if it work, if yes, then there is some problem with the files of the translation pack on that map you tried to log, try to re-download the translation pack again just in case, remove the pack, and install the re-downloaded one to see if it work.
I can’t provide much insight on it since i don’t play in the KR version.

You will probably find where you downloaded it, if its not there just ask for who made, they should know.
im reinstalling at the moment i read around people are saying its the armbands we’ll find out soon
It’s possible, on last iCBT we had the crash with them, but they fixed, well kinda of. there where no more crashes but the loading time between maps increased slightly. Since it was pissing me off i just deleted the damn thing lol.
ok i found the issue …i was using three different english translators 
stick to one 
idk bout armband yet but imma still get rid of it
