Game Launch Failed after the launcher 100% complete

Before it happen :

I’m still playing the game when a power interruption causes my workstation to shut down. then after that I can’t pass through the game launcher… after it stated 100% complete… the launcher just went gone, and the game doesn’t launch.

what are the things I did.

  1. Restart my workstation and run chkdsk command.
  2. Waiting for 3-5 mins hoping it was just loading at the back end.
  3. Validate the files on steam (took me 1hr)
  4. Delete all the files inside the TOS tempfiles folder.
  5. Restart Steam and Run TOS
  6. Restart Steam run it as Administrator and run the TOS as administrator
  7. Do everything again from 1 to 6 with antivirus and firewall turned off.
  8. Starring at the screen :expressionless:

There is so much StackDump_Client_tos[08.04 16h32m28s].txt in my folder after trying all these ■■■■.

Anyone here have solve this famous can’t run TOS client problem?

I think this thread would be better on the "help center category thingy…

always open task manager and see if process is running when in doubt…

try deleting all that crab and running a local cache verification thingy, maybe that works :confounded:

done that twice and it doesn’t work… the last thing I would do is to uninstall and install it which … I will only do later before I sleep. giving the whole night time to download everything.

some of us got same/similar issue, discuss there. no need to bloat general gameplay section anymore
