Game is unresponsive every 14min for 40seconds

Bug Description :
So this may seem a bit weird. My game essentially freezes (Windows says it has become unresponsive) almost exactly every 14min, and lasts for ~40 seconds before going back to normal. I can still hear the music, but everything locks up for about half a minute. This issue seems to happen on a timer, which is the oddest part. It doesn’t matter what I’m doing in the game. I could be in combat in a dungeon, or totally idle somewhere. I have have a pretty decent machine, no issues with any other games, and get up to 200fps in this one. I have tried just about everything I can think of, including:

Restarting PC
Lowering all settings
Turning off vsync
Trying Windowed mode
Forcing “true” fullscreen mode
Running on a different Windows account
Adding “-dx11” and “-dx12” to Steam launcher
Disabled Steam overlay
Checked file integrity
Moved to SSD

This issue is really baffling, and I’m praying that somebody can help me think up a solution. I just started playing a couple days ago, and am enjoying the grind, but this issue is beginning to be a deal-breaker for me.

when did the issue start appearing?
try updating vga driver or search for compatible vga driver version

I’m pretty sure it’s just always been happening. I’ve only just started playing a couple days ago.

I’m currently using the latest recommended 18.6.1 Radeon driver. I could update to the very latest, unless somebody has a recommendation for a better version.

try play tos in window mode and open task manager performance tab and see how much processor and ram is used… and also how much it get when the issue occurred …we can try to figure whether it is the ram or processor issue
