Game is crashing everytime i just opened it

when i launch tos from steam ,the game updater keep crashing .
it was fine the last time i played it like 6 hours go , and here’s the promblem detail :

Hm…this doesn’t sound like it’s related to the game but to your Windows or Steam? You could try checking that you have the correct Visual C++ installed and all your graphic card drivers are up to date.
If that doesn’t work, you can send a Support Ticket and/or ask other members of the community. :sob:

already installed the correct visual c++ and already have graphic card driver up to date , the problem still there …
how can i submit the support ticket?
