i think hes trying to say that the game is lacking crafting materials and recipes that could further the economy
nobody buying the few high level mats he has cause they are too expensive and people would rather spend it on attributes or something
I think he’s trying to say there are no new players. Hence, not much people selling very common materials for recipes just like in the first few months of ToS where we all earn by selling low-level mats.
That or he’s probably selling or looking for something.
i think what he is trying to say is
its hard for a new player to hunt for mats
and items are expensive to buy
so in short he is having a hard time getting items

For what I understand he can’t buy mats at that level range 200+ and if there is, its expensive.

There are no mats in the market for new players.
Items 220+ are too expensive.
Why are we decoding him?
