Game freezes in loading screen. Impossible to play

Bug Description : I am unable to login on all of my characters since yesterday morning. Whenever i load to 100% the game just freezes then crashes. Sometimes with pure luck i will load into the game but then action like using basic attack, opening shop etc can insta crash me. Sometimes friendlist crashes me, im unable to buy anything (button is unclickable even though i have money)

Basically the game is pretty much wrecked. I reinstalled already, have all drivers and no addons. It’s pure ToS install on good PC.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Start game
2. Pick character
3. Freeze in loading screen

Anyone else having this problem?

I’ll add that logging with another account give’s me no problem. Game runs perfectly fine. Is that related to the current guild login issues?

check the dump folder in ToS client IF there is note or txt file "out of memory"
it mean your PC is not strong enough to launch ToS. well, THERE is a way to solve this if you have at least 4GB and your hardisk is fine.

buuut, its to long to write. some people experience this. tooo bad the GM dont know what to do.
well, i will tell you the solution if you check “dump” folder and find out of memory.

but if not because “out of memory”, the problem is not that and its waste time to write it down.

I don’t have out of memory file in my dump folder. I play this game for a long time and I never had such issues so it shouldn’t be related to my PC. I tried reinstalling the game and reinstalling my drivers but nothing seems to help whatsoever. Submitted the ticket. Hopefully they will help me somehow.

LOL you char stuck in server then,… may be they will move the char to orsha or Klaipedia so you can play it again.

This is how it looks like. The game actually loaded but i can’t get past the screen, you can see blackness in the background for some reason. Characters like squire that are out of cities load without problem. The biggest bugs are in Fedimian, Klaipeda and Saalus Convent. (didn’t test Orsha) this happens to me since 12th October.
