Game freezes at the Lodge

Gameplay Bug Report Connection / Game Crash

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : 360 pad

Bug Description :Cant get into the game. Hangs at the Lodge
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Log in
  2. Chose a character from the Lodge
  3. Click “Start Game”
  4. Nothing happens. The game hangs then I get disconnected.

Similar thing happens to me. I can log-in to the lodge, but all of my characters are gone. The pet is still there. The slot number indicates 4/4. I can’t receive the compensation mail because there is no character to accept it. :frowning:
