Game does not start at all

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) :Keyboard and Mouse

Bug Description : In whatever way i try to start the game, be it on Steam or Desktop shortcut (as admin) the game loads a black ToS launcher and then it goes to a white screen for some time, then turns to black and then just close the whole thing with no message at all; It closes either by itself alone or if you click on the screen while it “loads” in white, the message “Client_tos.exe has stopped responding” pops up and i’m forced to close the game.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Start the ToS
  2. Wait

  • RAM : 2 GB
  • Graphics Card : Intel® G33/G31 Express Chipset Family
  • Mainboard : Foxconn G31MXP FAB:1.1
  • Storage : 74,4 GB
  • OS : Windows 7 32 Bits
  • Internet Connection : 100 MBps

I’ll try to update to Win 10 and see if it works

Yes, i know but that means i can’t even see the login page? My problem isn’t connecting to the server but to start the game itself. It does not launch.

Sorry, I actually thought I was posting on another window… And then I realized that even if that was an issue, two of the four servers should be up right now.

No problem. I’m trying my best to solve this issue so i could at least see the login page and start playing the game. No matter the server :sweat:
