Game does not launch after Patcher

Hi guys,

been 3 days having this issue and nothing seems to be able to fix it!!!

Tried

1. redownloading path
2. redownloading game
3. verify game cache
4. turning off anti virus and firewall
5. deleting user.xml file

I Need urgent help please

Nothing happens after patcher launched

Mine friends got the same error, just disable ant virus =-)
