Game crashing when trying to remove item from my storage

Bug Description :Game crash when removing item from my storage
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
Hello , i was transfering my Seimos Bow from my elementalist (Wizard) To my new char ( Archer) , I have no problems putting my bow into the storage but , when i swap over to my archer to remove it , when i click retrieve item , the whole game kicks me out to char log in screen and sometimes to the World log in screen and i am unable to remove my bow from the storage .

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Clicks storage, Team storage
  2. Selects My Seimos Bow
  3. Click Retrieve
  4. Bam game crash instantly.

I have tried to change channel, Relog, Restarted steam, All didnt work … ><

So after 8hours the bug still doesnt want to go away :’) anyone having this issue as well ?

Has there been a fix for this yet? I’m having the same problem.

Did u alter ur revise.txt file or something along those lines, if so remove the numbeers there example the 11470 etc , and redl/repatch the game, that is wat help me fix this issue

Didn’t alter anything. But i’ve just removed the numbers and repatching the game. Hopefully that helps. Thanks.
