Game Crashing on Quest Cut-scene (Not in a party)

Bug Description :
First time playing with the character after Tuesdays update. Sometimes when doing a quest, game will crash and lose file integrity. After the crash I have to go to Steam and update the game as some files are lost. So far the game crashes have been in scenes with cut-scenes eg Boss Fights. Was playing normally in other character, therefore don´t know what causes the issue. After the long process of crashing, updating and playing again the quest is doable, but as soon as there is a new boos fight it crashes.

Maybe you can help me out @GM_Francis

I sent a ticket and got an amazing pre-made answer telling me to restart my router. Why? Really? Just don´t answer anything… If it is to give a pre-made answer that has nothing to do with the issue and treat us like we are stupid?
So very disappointed.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Start or move into quest area
  2. Game crash
  3. Update and check file integrity
  4. Run the game
  5. Try to do next quest, crash again

Hello @japur123! Do you have any add-ons or third-party programs installed with your game? Kindly try to disable them and again verify integrity of your game cache. This maybe the reason you are having this issue.
