Game crashes on team storage retrieval on 2nd character

Bug Description :
I try to transfer item from my main character to my second character. It won’t let me retrieve and disconnects me out of the game.

Main Character: aLminh
second Character: Paine
Team name: TheBulb
Token user
Server: Klaipeda

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. input the item from main character to team storage
  2. log out of main character
  3. login second character
  4. try to retrieve the item from team storage and got logout

Having exactly the same problem. Can’t retrieve the item with any of my alts.
