Game Crashes on Laptop Too

Bug Description :
I log on and brought to my character selection screen. No matter what I press, the game does not register my mouse click at all. After a while, the game crashes.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Log on and get to character selection screen
  2. Tries to connect to channel but the button does not register mouse click

Unfortunately the game is known to crash for some players who use Xbox One gamepads. This is a compatibility issue our dev team is currently working on.

Also, note that the mouse will not work properly if you are using a controller as your main input device.

If you try and launch the game without the gamepad, does it launch smoothly?

I am now using my Logitech F710 Wireless controller, but I find myself getting disconnected within short intervals. I’ll be testing it on my desktop pc once it’s finish downloading and reinstalling the game.
