Game crashes before the cutscene… after touching the pentagram

I’m having the same problem, I try to activate it, but ToS stops responding right when the boss spawns.

EDIT: After Veryifying the Integrity of the game cache in Steam and restarting the client I managed to do this quest just fine.

For me I got it to work by spamming the Space Bar before the cutscene and it worked
