after the server restarted, the game crash when I do anything for some reason, when I open the card menu on my sorc, the game crash when I open friend list, the game crash when I open guild menu, the game crash when I talk to npc
Same happened to me yesterday, all I did to fix it was verify integrity of game cache on steam. Then the VGA error/white screen/forced close, are gone.
I verified the files already, same problem, no change
FYI I verified mines twice, cos there was an error while patching. If that didn’t help try removing addons and try again. OR, when you press F7 (friendslist) uncheck the Show Online box quickly before it freeze.
ok, I deleted the game and reinstalled the game again. This time there is no excuse for it to crash when I open ANY menu, and THE GAME STILL CRASHS WHEN I OPEN ANY OF THE MENUS!

A lot of people are online right now and are playing just fine. Would you kindly check that you don’t have any outdated or conflict-inducing addons installed?
Normally that seems to be the culprit for a lot of people.
Go on defending IMC, that will get him nowhere. As he said, the game does still not work after delete/reinstall, which means he did everything he could. Plus it happened right after a breaktenance.
