It seems to have fixed itself overnight. No idea if this was because of the GMs or not but yay
Still having the same issue. No change in my caseā¦they checked the ticket though so I am hopeful but I hope the update on the 19th will fix itā¦

Looks like the update addressed the issue, I can log in will keep updates of any changes. Thanks for the help everyone

sorry I have the same problem, when selecting the character everything is fine but then on the loading screen, it stops loading or keeps loading but then closes Help !! : C
