Game Constantly Stops Responding

Bug Description :
Basically I’m playing the game normally and then all of a sudden, it doesn’t matter where I am or what I’m doing, the game will stop working.

It doesn’t matter if I’m moving, standing still, looking at other stuffs with the game in the background, even sometimes in the simple server selection screen, the game will stop working and I’ve to close it because it will never respond.

Now the other problem comes that after I close the game, when I try to open it again it opens normally but when I get to the server selection, the screen goes black, I can hear the music but I can’t see anything, it’s just black, and if I use the left click it will go again under the message of the game has stopped respoding.

And once again it doesn’t matter how many times I re open the game, every single time it goes into the black screen with the music in the background but I can’t do anything and the only way to get the game back working is that I’ve to restart my PC entirely and then it loads completely fine, but once the game stops responding I’ve to restart my PC again or it simply won’t work.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Get into the game.
  2. Play normally until it stops working (could happen minutes or sometimes even hours after playing).
  3. The game stops working and there is nothing I can do to make it work again, even after reopening the game, closing steam and all, it doesn’t work until I restart my PC.

It doesn’t show any information about what happened since it’s not a crash, it simply asks if I want to close the program or wait until it responds (which it never does).

System

  • CPU : AMD A4-5300 APU with Radeon™ HD Graphics (2CPUs), ~3.4GHz.
  • RAM : 4GB
  • Graphics Card : ATI Radeon HD 5450
  • Mainboard : MSI MS-7721
  • Storage : Western Digital Blue WD5000AAKS 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA (it’s divided in 2 partitions and the one the game is installed has 169GB left).
  • OS : Windows 7 64 Bits
  • Internet Connection : 10MB
  • Country, Region : Venezuela

any help? I don’t know what to do anymore I’ve tried everything possible still not working, I can’t play the game at all :frowning:
