I’ve been playing normally for the past week, and today, earlier. Had to leave, turned my computer off, and when I came back home and tried playing, the game refused to open after the patcher sequence. It’s not a case of not downloading patch files or anything, after the patcher reaches 100%, and at the moment the game client is supposed to open, it does not. I tried pretty much everything I could find in the forums, still not working. I wonder if its a recent patch problem? I would like some help from the staff, please.

i got this solution from the support and worked:
"Please try to delete the ‘user.xml’ and ‘user_c.xml’ files in the Steam\steamapps\common\TreeOfSavior\release folder and try to Start Tree of Savior normally.
