Well, I found a solution and it worked for me.
You need to have 4gb RAM though.
Use it on your own risk.

same problem here. Is there a solution that doesn’t involve using the command prompt?
Install a x64 windows if u have more than 4gb RAM and/or get more RAM if u have less than 4gb
