Game access is restricted, please help

I try to access agian and success, did support team do something to my account?

Date and Time : 6.30 EDT

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : keybaord + joypad

Bug Description :
When trying to enter a server, an error message occurs, saying “Game access is currently restricted due to a server maintenance or other reasons. For more details, please contact customer service through the homepage.”

This happen after I entered the game but the screen is freezed, so I forced close the client and re enter. The server is no under maintenance, my friend are playing :frowning:

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Log in to Tree of Savior via Steam
  2. Try to enter a server (All 4 don’t work)
  3. Error pops up: “Game access is currently restricted due to a server maintenance or other reasons. For more details, please contact customer service through the homepage.”

Find your team name there… If it’s not there maybe it’s just an error or server maintenance contact “IMC” for that

But if you find your team name there then you are a toxic of the community don’t ask me why you know it yourself :kissing:

i couldn’t found my Team Name on it and i never used cheats or bot.
my team name is Blackhardt

This message means that you guys were banned.

This is likely because you: 1. were botting, 2. exploited RMT, 3. exploited Steam DLC, 4. bought silver, 5. cheated in any other way or fashion.

Buying silver or accounts or simply hacking/ botting.

So many accounts recently created where their only posts is a complain because they got banned, must be coincidence…

About 3k “banned” + steam abusers.

Guess why xD… about 70% of these are bots from silver sellers.
(i guesseellaate there)

Woah, everyone talking about banning, I edited the original post 18 mins later that I can accessed the game, I didn’t know how to delete the post so I edited it instead, hope the IMC team see the edited line and ignore this post, I don’t want to add more work to you guys. (You did an amazing job with gold seller and botting, glad to see ‘Report Bot’ option actually work)

The popped up message was not cleared and I understand that, the reason I got this is related to connection from using WTFAST. I got the restrict message again the next day and it solved by itself after I reconnect the game without WTFAST. I’m looking forward to singapore AWS so I don’t have to use vpn anymore.

PS. I giggled a bit to that brace yourself meme. Thank you TheMightyBayag716 for the meme and IMC urgent contract, I didn’t use it btw.
