Gae Bulg and Dethrone mechanics?

1.How does gae bulg debuff really work? Seems like it separates dmg into 2 hits (fake / true multihit? with increased dmg / same dmg?).
2.How does dethrone dmg calculated? I already have fixed attack(min=max atk, no swing) but output dmg are still swing.
3.Both spear lunge and serpentine seems to increase dethrone dmg by just around 20-25%(lower than what it should be). Just to make sure, spear lunge still add 50% pierce dmg?
4.Gae bulg debuff has no effect with dethrone.

I tried to conduct some tests as follow:
All tests ignore weapon dmg by throwing spear away.

gae bulg > bash

gae bulg debuff hit = 470+422

Dethrone without weapon/debuff - damage swing !

Spear lunge > dethrone

Dethrone with spear lunge : 3450 + 3144
(It doesnt reach 50%)

Serpentine > dethrone

(still not reach 50%)

Spear lunge > serpentine > dethrone

(around 50% but switch line)

Gae bulg debuff is 15% more damage split into 2 lines and your numbers support this.

Dragoon c2 started out great, at one point it was even the “Highest Boss DPS” on kToS. Then it took an arrow in the knee, and never recovered.

Thanks. I feel like falling into trap. Maxed it to know later that it doesnt actually add another individual line of damage. So it just not worth walking away to use and come back melee again.
I know that dragoon2 before combat change is one of the strongest. But even heavily nerfed I still take drag2 anyway for debuff.(My build is traditional hop/dop/goon)

Sorry that you fell into this trap. But for a long time we knew that gae bulg was 15% more damage, and it has been said a couple of times in these forums.

But anyways, yea, gae bulg still sucks… which really sucks because look at what gae bulg could become??

I never watch Fate. But yes it is so cool. Maybe give it a chance, maybe.

In fate series, gae bolg is a noble phantasm that is considered to be an anti-army throwing ability.

It’s legit bruh.
