Gae Boulg Skill Bug

So i heard some people are able to get the lv5 buff attribute when their Gae Boulg is only 1.

This is because they learn it at lv5. get the attribute then reset their skills and leave it at lv1.

Is this suppose to work like this? or its a bug. an exploit which is bannable??

yes it work that way… don’t know if it’s bug…

but it say ‘attribute can be learned at lv5’ … not ‘attribute can be used at lv5’

so… yea… 1+1 = 2…

but it may be a mistake.
