Hebrew Young : The CommandLoadFail problem is a problem that occurs once there is a problem with the connection between the game server and the DB. In the past, we have experienced similar problems several times, and we have added a number of monitoring tools to our experience. Although we can not yet identify the cause of this new issue as a cause, we will try to ensure that the problem does not become prolonged and can be corrected quickly.

On a side note I actually find the older UI look more sleek than what we have now.

Seems it’s a fundamental flaw with their database setup…probably will never get fixed short of rewriting the whole thing
