I want to make a support Wiz. Haven’t decided if its going to focus on linker, crono or thaum yet. Anyway, in Ragnarok there were full support builds. Priests with all int/vit that couldn’t kill. Scholars with all vit/dex that couldn’t kill.
Is this a viable direction in this game? If so what stats are important? Unless i’m wrong no stat reduces cast time anymore correct?

There is no cast time reduction on stats like DEX on Ragnarok Online. In TOS, there is a skill that has Cast time reduction, it’s the wizard C3’s Quickcast. So, if you want Cast time reduction, you mus be in Wizard C3.
I’m going full support as follows:
Wizard->Cryomancer->Linker C2->Chronomancer C3
When we get higher ranks I will probably go Linker 3.
It’s going to SUCK to level after 90, but I am determined. :3 Full supports are so fun.

Gunna keep enough int for my soloing early, but after around 100 im going to go 3 con 3 spirit 1 int alternating.
