well…i know that some classes makes full con and do really well such as Cryo 3 Kino 3 and they somewhat still do decent damage…
so…is it possible to make full con on every type of build (of course full con in order to do pvp decently) maybe dragoon full con or musk full con? can they still do decent damage and kill other people?
or should i just pump more con instead of full con and invest a little bit to str/dex?

No. Its only for Wiz and Cleric classes since this is Tree of Magic.
IMC got brain freeze when they were asked how to distribute stats for a wiz. Is it more con or more int. They then decided to create Animus so magic players won’t be confused anymore in allocating their stats. Go full CON. High HP, High Damage, Unblockable Magic, Never Miss magic

i know the pvp is currently underdeveloped…and thats why I am asking if it is possible to go full con on physical class (swordmans and archers class) in order to compete with other mage 
because I cant find information about this haha…ofc aside meatshield pelt xD

If you’re going to ask if its viable, then NO for archers and non tank/pelt melee. You can go for all con but why would you even do that if you’re in the right mind
