so fighting with full con builds have very high passive block, my question is, do monk skills get automatically blocked or it ignores the passive block?
example, i use 1 Inch Punch or Palm Strike and the target has high passive block (full con), do the effects not activate because it is auto blocked? (bleed from 1 Inch or bleed + pushback from Palm Strike)
