If there’s a linker C3 with divine might/dandel gem to hook up 11 mobs + other members using linker scrolls inbetween cooldowns, can Flesh Cannon (cd: 20s) be stronger than Frost Cloud (cd: 30s)?

Flesh Cannon itself has stronger burst than Frost Cloud. The downside is that it requires dedicated linker circles to hit the most number of targets at once.
Level 15 Flesh Cannon is going to do some ridiculously high damage.
Frost Cloud is easier to utilize, but flying enemies don’t work well with it, even if you have linker it’s clumsy. Flesh Cannon + Joint Penalty 15 bursts really fast, so as long as they are one shoting what’s linked, I’d say it can be faster.

I love my Wiz3>Link2>Nec2, at 50% attribute and Fast cast, I can deal 90k - 100k damage to a mob of 8. Though the downside is the corpse potion usage if not gathering enough corpses to sustain can cut into your silver.
while not having wiz3 myself, got wiz1/cryo1/kino1/linker2/necro2, i can confirm flesh cannon with linker 3 is going to be great as it hits flying and ground targets.
Really hated how frost cloud only hits ground targets.
