Just wondering how much dmg I could expect to do per tic as a full INT Ele 3 with Frost Cloud at lvl 300+?
Just roughly speaking for general PvE, I realize there are many factors here.
you want to know how much you are expecting at cap average or you want to know how much it can tick at the end of game including 315 orange.

Is kinda easy to calculate yourself ( once you got the information)
(Base Damage of the spell + Your MATK ) = Total base damage the spell will deal.(Include what stuff with what upgrade you plan to have around this lv)
(Total base damage - MR of target ) = True base damage DEALT to the target (Magic resit of monster can be found on the web in tos base.)
Then you multiplie by (EnchanceQuickCastOther modifier(Like elemental affinity)

10k per tick is good.
Quickcast is 1.5 Multiplier, Enhance at 100 is a 2.0 Multiplier, so overall a x3 Multiplier.
3k+ MA + 650 Skill Att - Magic Def of 600 -> already ~9.0k per tick.
