So sad…the skill has insane strong dmg, low cd and instant cast but can’t hit flying mobs.
I know its for balance stuff but they shoudn’t named it frost “Cloud” ? change to freezing ground instead. >.<
It’s like flameground with the hit rate of zaibas. How much matk did u have to do that damage and what attribute lvl?
