I counted the number of users a few days ago and I noticed that only 2500 were on the forum. Today we are around 7200. Are those 7200 eligible for the Beta Key? Are there more users that have logged in but dont figure on the forum?
Those questions made me wonder about how many people are out there really interested in the beta. Share your thoughs 
Those 7200 users are indeed eligible for the Beta Key.
Unfortunately, among them are accounts created by people who already have one, and are looking to possibly get more keys for a number of disapproved reasons.
Depends from which date you are starting to accept applications, from since they have opened the forum or since they have made the announcement
I don’t think it matters if among them are fakes, the percentage of people who will contribute as testers likely doesn’t change very much and it will often be sufficient.
A realistic test only needed about 50-200 people, at 5000… you don’t really expect to read 5000 reports for every possible issue. Instead you expect 4500+ to not actually participate as ‘testers’ more so than as players.
Regardless of how ‘unfair’ some might view it, for the purpose of testing… we have all that we need.

Well, it just proves how popular the game actually is, maybe this way they will take the internasional release more seriously.

They are taking it more seriously than any other korean developer in the MMO’s history. We are having a CBT at the same time than the korean server, haven’t you realised how early is that?

I think, if this is actually true, you should be less selfish and let other people have a chance to play the CBT too. Like, really, 18? That’s why people want IMC choose only people before the announcement, it’s because people that do things like you are doing. Congrats.
Hopefully IMCgames has made a fail safe for those who made multiple accounts to increase their chances.

Its not that difficult to filter bot accounts, just ignore accounts without post counts on the forums.
