Since the update, my friendslist is empty. I should have dozens of friends. Some may have transferred, but not all. I’m also in a guild.

I have friend list issue too after the SEA and EU transfer. Don’t have a screenshot but I am on Orsha server. Had 1 friend’s name turn to a blank because he moved to the SEA server. Removed him from my friend list with no problem
Here are my bugs for the friend list.
- Existing users who are already on my friend list would have their names show up under the Declined Requests list under the Manage tab. Confirmed that user was both on my friends’ list and in the Declined Request. When I try to delete the entry from the Declined Requests, it would say failed to delete/remove requests and then that user is missing from my friends’ list.
Work around to this is to then resend the request to that user and have them accept.
- Possibly the source of bug 1. Send a friend request to someone who declined. Their team name showed up under my Declined Requests, but I didn’t get a chance to delete my request to them from the Declined Requests list. Server transfer happens and when I checked under my Declined Requests, I had one of my existing friends listed in there. Did my work around for bug 1 and it worked, but later an user with a blank is shown under the Declined Requests and I am unable to remove that. At that point, I am guessing that the user who declined my request transferred servers and one of my friends took their spot under the Declined Requests list.
I ignored it, but later another friend from my existing list was added to the Declined Requests and I confirmed that there were both on my list and in the Declined Requests list.
This blank entry could be causing my existing friends to take the place of the user who declined my request.
Either way, the problem is I can’t removed a blank entry and it may be causing my existing friends’ team names to show up in the Declined Requests list. I don’t know if this means they are actually on my friends list or under the Declined Requests list.
Please look into this problem. Worried that as time goes on, more friends will be added to that list even if I don’t do my work around. In which case, has the game moved all of my friends off my friends list? I am guessing that it should be impossible for someone to be on my friends list and in the Declined Requests list at the same time.

Update: The blank was replaced with someone that is already in my friends list. After I got disconnected during a dungeon run, another friend was added to the Declined Requests list. Again that friend already exists in my list.
Ah! We will look into this problem.

it happened to me today… i just log in and all my friends likes wisper chats everything was gone… it whould b anoying but acceptable if it was just that… but i cant like ppl i cant wisper ppl and i cant send friend request… i also cant receive any of those things… please fix this cuz it does have a big effect in gameplay…
