he bought the big 50$ back. and then claimed it on the wrong server by mistake. how to get it on the server we are playing on?

You should probably contact support and provide them with detailed information about your issue.

If this problem cannot be solved through contacting support, the only way is to continue playing on the server where you are playing on then migrate the team to the server where you want to play on after Early Access period. However, this won’t work between Klaipeda and Orsha servers.
don’t understand why you couldnt? i mean if you pay 50$ and all you did is make a small mistake that can be fixed by pressing a single button for someone who basically supporting your company why wouldnt they.
hell. I don’t even understand why you cant just claim the package once on every server. not like there would be anydownside to that.

why does it matter why and how the mistake was made. they paid the highest premium price. and not even asking to transfer character. just transfer the preorder package and relevel from 1.
Why should your friend be given special treatment for such a stupid, easily avoidable mistake?
special treatment? HE GAVE THEM MONEY SUPPORTING THEIR GAME. you act like we are asking for some kind of free hand out. no we are asking to have what he paid for. how is that hard to comprehend?
to start its an incredibly stupid system. there is no reason in the first place to not just have the prepurchase pack to be available 1claim per server as you are only going to be primarily playing on a single server. I mean unless if you are weird at somehow want to level on 1 server then start completely fresh on another server away from anyone you know.

privileged? how is expecting to get what you bought privileged? it was a simple mistake you douchbag. if you bought stuff at the store but forgot to put one or 2 items in the bag because you were in a rush would you expect the store to say nope sorry its ours now even though you paid for it?
also how were we supposed to know that orsha was the BR server?
Considering the founder packs are DLC for the game, they should be available on any of the servers that you play on. It’s not like you can use them more than once – since all the servers are separate.
Each server you play on is basically starting a new “saved game” just like any other video game we play – and just like those games, DLC is available on all playthroughs, not just one.

Haha, well the exact same thing happened to me. Or at least similar. At launch (approx. 5:20am CST that day), it kept kicking me when trying to connect to Klaipeda, so I tried Orsha and sure enough it worked fine. I closed the game and reopened it, selected Klaipeda and got in on my first try. Used my $50 pack. Tried adding my friend only to find out that I was actually in Orsha somehow.
I don’t expect IMC to do anything about it though. NBD. – They have their hands full with everything else.
most companies do this without any issue.
even a small company like GGG who makes path of exile has â– â– â– â– â– â– â– incredible support. here its complete â– â– â– â– . they lose money like this.
Pretty sure most people have such a bad experience like this early on are going to think twice about buying anything in the future.
It has close to zero impact on my opinion of IMC. I agree that they should allow people to use the content once per server, but I don’t hold it against IMC for not having it.
It will however likely cause me to stop playing eventually, when I get bored of playing without my friends.
