Frequently stuck at loading screen after July 13th maintenance

Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
After July 13th maintenance, occasionally get stuck at loading screen when changing map/channel/character. Never happened before that.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Login ToS
  2. Play the game
  3. Change map/channel/character
  4. Encounter the problem
  5. Uninstall all addons, delete everything in (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\TreeOfSavior\patch) and verify game files/let the game patch
  6. Problem still persists

These windows also show up but most of the time it just gets stuck for long enough i have to shut down the game through Task manager.

I have the same issue and a big delay ingame

plus I do a ping to the server s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com and it show intermittence

I try unistalling the game, addons and reinstalling clean but it doesn’t solve anything

I have sent them 2 tickets and they only offered me a workaround for this. Check your PC’s memory in Task manager to see if it has enough space to run ToS. Use Disk Cleanup as well as Disk Defragmenter to get rid of unnecessary data and trash files to make room for processing. After all of that, if the problem still persists, do a cleanup inside your CPU case. Thats what i did and the issue greatly reduced, its not completely gone but at least the game is playable again.

If this workaround doesnt solve the problem, send them a ticket with screenshot of your Task manager while ToS is running as well as all the detailed info in your comment. I still think this issue is annoying and needs to be addressed properly.
