Many people who play Ele C3 have been focusing on wl than rune caster coz rune of ice doesn’t boost any ele skill except freezing sphere,which a few ele player invested it to lv10. But i seem this skill is very strong when combine with 50%dmg quickcast and rune of ice(X3 dmg to Freezing sphere on each bullet 3overheat with a little cast time and hard to be avoid).which mean we can bust almost30k dmg in a sec(10k on each).that probably a nightmare for a low con players in arena.So is this idea viable in the real situation or just a theory?
