Could use a clearer explanation here. Do ice pike and ice bolt really start to lose effectiveness (chance of freeze with base spr) at 250+? I’ve seen people mention this yet with recent misinformation and how this impacts cryo builds, I thought this deserves closure.

the only testing regarding spirit I’ve seen seems to suggest that beating your attacker’s spirit by 100 would reduce status chance by 50%.
enemies in ToSbase’s database seem to have 50~90 spirit at 280. (or, 20~40% resistance given the wizard’s base 8 and none from gear)
assuming all that is accurate, a minor investment in spirit would keep your statuses working fine. but can’t guarantee it, hasn’t been tested very thoroughly
