Best thing is to keep on trying on all the channels and leave the are for some time if you get in…
If you mean the loading stuck at 60% thing, send a support ticket, they will transfer your character to one of the large city. When I had this problem, I managed to get in by removing my pet. The game loading will bug again if I assign the pet, login and change channel. It fixed after they transferred my character back to the city.
they check your ip through a third party website everytime you load a map, and alot of times it freezes and becomes unresponsive. basically even if u have good computer specs, it still relies solely on a third party connection
