Lately, I was using this skill simulator http://www.tosbase.com/tools/skill-simulator/
It’s a very good one, but aparently , the game has not this freedom to change the classes.

Someone that already played the game can confirm this? It would break the game if they leave this choice to the players to choose?

First one works as it’s supposed to. Second one might not of been updated simply.
class-builder was not updated for a while, skill-simulator show you actual class system
The Skill Simulator is the correct Class System that ToS have now; the Class Builder at the other hand is the outdated one.
Any build you make, better choose the Skill Simulator for your reference from now on.
