as we already know… KToS had major updates on skill balancing and stat bonuses… (like str giving additional block penetration now… usefull in pvp i bet and major overhaul on Blessing buff for priest which encourages a full SPR build)
question is will IMC be generous enough to at least offer us a 1 time free stat and skill reset when balance patch comes? (i doubt it… time to remake character?) 
I really doubt, but you never know when some generosity befall upon them.
i would expect one when the Rank 8 comes out. since alot of the skills for the rank 7 classes will be split into seperate circles like they did when rank 7 came out.
but other than that. there has been minimal “huge skills changes” unless im wrong.

I heard they give them for huge changes in KR so they should do the same here. Problem is it could be years before those changes reach us. Maybe they want to milk more Skill Reset pots sales first? idk
