Franzy buff icon shows up in an awkward section

Bug Description : Whenever I activate the skill Frenzy from class Barbarian, the buff icon shows up in the upper center, which didn’t happen before the weekly update. I removed all add-ons and even reinstalled the full game, the icon was still there. I tried to use the add-on extended-UI but it couldn’t move buff icons.
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

use Frenzy

As pointed out, it is intended, you can also move it around, just drag the icon to somewhere you find suitable

Note that since this update, the “summon list” of summoners is also movable. The problem is: any click of the mouse on the left half of the screen will default to that icon and make the game almost unplayable… And I don’t care about that thing, especially when I’m partying. I wish the thing was maskable.
