Hi,
First time playing the game, and the FPS are all over the place. They go from 60 FPS to 10 FPS. I expect to play this game decently since my PC has 16 GB RAM, 770M Nvidia, and whatever the rest of specs are. The point is I can run games like Resident Evil 6 at 60 FPS, so I want to play this one at 60 FPS too.
I assume this is because the game just came out. What do you think?

something must be going on for you. i have a cruddy HP laptop not made for gaming at all. haven’t fallen below 32-35 fps in any situation so far. Im really looking forward to getting home from my trip to my real computer tho lol.
For me; the only issue I’ve had was trying to stream ToS. My frame rate drops to 30fps and caps there for w/e reason with i5 4th gen quad core and 750TI. Don’t know why, or how tbh.
Problem is as old as recording game videos exist. Try to put Recording software and game on separate physical HDDs/SSDs from system and each other (3 in total).
You expect to play the game decently when you dont know what hardware you have?
At any rate, it sounds like a problem on your end. My so-so laptop thats 4.5 years old runs the game at 30-35 fps pretty much all the time. My actual good PC on the other hand has 60 fps all the time.
