fps standing at 30 in town but my music is like 2x slower while i play using a browser, fx 8320 16gb ddr3 vengeance with radeon 5750 here, i know the vga is 7 years old but that isnt the case, its a nice 1gb ddr5 vga, it just isn’t supposed to act like that ingame, im even using full screen all low, why is the game slowing down my songs? can anyone explain this to me?

dude i play path of exile coc crit cyclone discharge on this thing, i can sense when fps is going down, my fps doesn’t even move lower than 25 and still the whole ■■■■ ■■■■■ up my desktop, is it some problem with old amd cards driver? can i get any explanation from devs so i know how to fix it?
i move my mouse music turns eletronic, i stop moving it, it runs fine.
if i move it faster enough it just slow music for like 7x times more, mouse still looks the same, i dont want to be a ■■■■ in here, of course im pissed, please try to fix this.
right now tos is taking 1.3gb of my memory, i by no means have the best pc in here but never once playing poe having it open for like 48 hours ocuppying 14gb of my memory because of memory leaking issues i had to deal with desktop slow ass process issues, i even installed this game in a sdd, just doesn’t make sense.
im trying to give u guys the best information about everything im dealing with, all i want from u guys is a “nop, not gonna happen”, thats all, not that difficult.
