FPS Drop like hell after coming back from break

i had no problem about fps(hunting boss,fed ch1 or guild war is not include) when i was playing this game last month. i usually have fps around 60-120 depend on which map and after that i decied to take a little break(about 1 month).

now im coming back and IMC surprise me with fps problem. right now i have around 8-20fps even i stay in 0/100 ch. i have no idea what happen with my old tos or what IMC did to this game. but im quitely sure it not about my notebook problem because im also playing Overwatch and i have none fps problem with it.

is there anyone have a clue what should i do and how to fix this problem?

Make sure you have no other windows open before you launch ToS. You can also try forcing ToS to run on a specific core through the task manager, some players reported this helps (this actually slows my game down). To do this, open task manager > find ToS’s process > set affinity

Check if your settings (visual) were not resetted. Mine got resetted a while ago and i had to turn everything off again.
